Please clear about our refund, return and exchange policies:
After you place order or when package is on the way to you:
Note: our product starts printing production or has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you because you suddenly don't want it or for other reasons. Our shipping policy states the time of production and shipping time, please read before placing an order, or communicate with our staff for the exact time. If you do need to cancel your order, we will charge 20%-40% of your order value as a cost. if it's on the way to you,we can't cancel,please understand.
After you have received your package:
Note: We don't accept any return if our items have no damage and other problems, or you've used the items after receiving your order. Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Every order is unique. Thanks for your understanding.
Refund:
1.If we send a wrong backdrop to you due to our mistake, please contact us to resend you a new correct backdrop. (Our staff will ask for your relevant pictures to check for damage or an error from us, please cooperate with us, thank you!)
2.If your goods arrive with production defects or damaged, then you do not need to return the goods, we will arrange for re-delivery for you (also please cooperate with us and send relevant photos for us to confirm).
Note:
(1) Due to folding transport, it is normal to have slight fold marks. Please try ironing and cleaning to remove. Due to the material, the fluff will have small scratches, which is normal, you only need to clean or iron it. If you can't solve it, please contact us.
(2) We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.
(3)The clarity of your custom backdrop is depends on the image your uploaded. Please upload a better image. If there is a problem with your custom backdrop order, please contact us. We will send you a new one or give you a refund.
3.We cannot accept returns or replace your order if it is due to your error. (For example, you chose the wrong size, backdrop image, etc.)
4.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchange:
If you need to exchange for your personal reasons(such as sizes),we can accept,but please note you need to bear the Round-trip shipping cost. and the premise is non customized pictures.
Please note: All returns or exchange must be done within 15 days after receiving your item, and be approved by Backdropsonsale . Unconfirmed returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. The resulting return costs will be borne by you. After getting our confirmation, you can return the goods to the address where we told you.
